Every health entry comes from a document, recording or note with a clear source. No source, no entry.
Parents approve
AI-read data stays a draft until you approve it.
Medical rules decide
Red flags are checked by fixed rules, tested and reviewed by doctors, not by AI.
No guessing
If the data isn't there, Tumbuh says it doesn't know and suggests asking a doctor.
Red flags we always watch for
If one appears, it goes to the top with its data, including when to see a doctor or head to the ER.
- Very thin for their length (wasting)
- Very short for their age (stunting)
- The curve dropping across two lines within 6 months
- Weight gain below standard twice in a row
- Head circumference too small or too large
- A fever of 38 °C or more in a baby under 3 months
- Diarrhoea with signs of dehydration
- Dengue warning signs
- Overweight or obesity by BMI or weight-for-length
- Weight climbing too fast, across two lines upward
- Lost skills, or an at-risk M-CHAT-R result
What Tumbuh will never do
- ✕Diagnose, prescribe medicine, or suggest menus and diets
- ✕Sell or rent out your data
- ✕Take ads or sponsorship from formula makers
- ✕Add third-party trackers or ads to the app
- ✕Keep photos as an album. Photos are only used to read the data.

Rules, thresholds and educational content are reviewed by a paediatrician before launch and whenever anything changes. Every rule cites its source.

Data privacy
Under Indonesia's PDP Law
Children's health data is sensitive personal data. We ask for clear parental consent, use it only for its purpose, and delete it on request.
Encrypted
At rest and in transit. Documents sit in private storage behind temporary links.
Parents hold the keys
Only you and your child's other parent can see the record. Caregivers can only log, and only for the children you assign. Every access is logged.

Download it any time in open formats, and take it with you if you ever leave.
